A new report indicates an ISIS perpetrator may have been detained
“He is known as “the executioner of Raqqa” because he would be responsible for more than a hundred executions in the former capital of the self-proclaimed caliphate of the Islamic State terror movement, two Belgian newspapers write on Friday.
35-year-old Haddouchi, also known as Abou Souleymen al Belgiki, is said to be involved in financing the attacks in Brussels and Paris. The Belgian Public Prosecution Service is investigating its role in the terror cell that committed the March 2016 attacks in Brussels.”
He also had a UK link.
The article says: “Anouar Haddouchi was dubbed the ‘executioner of Raqqa’ after claims he decapitated dozens in the Islamic State. All the while, the 35-year-old terrorist was allegedly claiming thousands in housing and council tax benefit from Birmingham City Council.”
