And David Witty reports: “US Congress designates $750M to support Iraqi Forces in 2020. $308M for various units: CTService, Army Special Forces, Police Emergency Battalions, Peshmerga, etc. $126M for operations, $189M for logistics, $28M for bases, $94M general maintenance.”
