A new ISIS counter-attack in Euphrates valley

Video published on December 28 showed an alleged ISIS attack in Shafah in the Euphrates valley. It comes as the US withdrawal continues and as ISIS may think it can use its limited resources against the SDF, which is distracted by chaos in Manbij.
